Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
I am comprehensively trained in KAP through the Polaris Institute.
I offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) sessions as an additional treatment method, which can be very beneficial in relaxing the defenses, integrating deeper therapeutic material into the sessions, and embodying an expansive sense of self.
KAP sessions are generally 3 hours per session, with a minimum of 4 sessions. They often result in profound changes in presenting issues, and provide a deeper capacity for self-understanding.
KAP can be helpful to caregiving professionals with managing compassion fatigue. As well as supporting you with remaining fully present with your clients and your own experience as a healer.
